出国留学还将带来众多的附加福利，其中之一便是北京户口，这可以使她在北京享受多种优厚待遇。

“WhenIconsultedofficialsintheOverseasStudentServiceinChinalastmonth,theytoldmethatIshouldstay360daysoverseas,”shesaid.“TheywillcheckmyentryandexitdatesandonedaylessthantherequireddayscandenymetherighttoapplyforahukouinShanghai.”

　　

“我上个月咨询中国留学服务中心的工作人员时，他们说我必须要出国留学满360天。”她说，“他们会检查我的出入境日期，哪怕比规定天数少一天，我都不能申请上海户口。”

20岁的陈欢欢是北京服装学院服装设计专业的一名大三学生。她说：“我想去巴黎或米兰学习时装设计，然后回到北京开办自己的工作室，成为一名独立设计师。”

　　

“ButthispolicymeansthatifIwanttogetalocalresidencepermitIhavetobeemployed.Besides,hightechnologycompaniesseldomdesireafashiongraduate.”

　　

“但这项新规意味着必须先找到工作才能拿到北京户口，而且，高科技公司很少招聘时装专业的毕业生。”

逐渐收紧的户籍政策，可能会使得时下归国的和未来打算回国的留学生们感到头疼。专家表示，这意味着学生必须仔细核对政策中列出的所有标准，并在出国前考虑到更多因素。
